    Web Maintenance Plans


    Each month you will receive a monthly stipend of hourly billing that is recorded in 15 minute increments. The billing cycle begins on the 1st and ends on the last day of the month. Any unused time is not cycled into the next calendar month.

    This plan includes:

  • 2 hours of service per month
  • $175 monthly
  • Additional hours at a la cart rate. See a la cart rates.

    • Each month you will receive a monthly stipend of hourly billing that is recorded in 15 minute increments. The billing cycle begins on the 1st and ends on the last day of the month. Any unused time is not cycled into the next calendar month.

    This plan includes:

  • 4 hour of service per month
  • $275 monthly
  • Additional hours at a la cart rate. See a la cart rates.

    • Each month you will receive a monthly stipend of hourly billing that is recorded in 15 minute increments. The billing cycle begins on the 1st and ends on the last day of the month. Any unused time is not cycled into the next calendar month.

    This plan includes:

  • 6 hour of service per month
  • $400 monthly
  • $65 1st additional hour. Additional hours at a la cart rate. See a la cart rates.

    • Each month you will receive a monthly stipend of hourly billing that is recorded in 15 minute increments. The billing cycle begins on the 1st and ends on the last day of the month. Any unused time is not cycled into the next calendar month.

    This plan includes:

  • 10 hour of service per month
  • $600 monthly
  • $60/hour for each additional hour of service

    • Additional Web Maintenance and clients that are not currently under contract will fall under the following rates:

  • Basic CMS website maintenance: $95/hour
  • Flash/Graphic design: $110/hour
  • Copyright and text/image editing: $80/hour
  • Database editing: $75/hour

    • *Monthly website maintenance plans do not include site redesign, database development, or other development of site backend products (such as content management systems). All maintenance plans require at least a 6-month contract.
